These were built specifically for my Nerf Recon CS-6. They may need to be filed down to fit other Nerf guns. Please do not aim at eyes and practice caution when using.
Side Tactical Rail: Print out Mount 2 and Rail and bond together with glue. I used epoxy to permanently bond the two together. It should fit fine into the grooves on the front of the barrel.
Flashlight mount- I have a leatherman mini flashlight. Any flashlight with a 10 mm diameter should be able to fit the flashlight mount.
Universal Base- If you want to make a derivative, the universal base should help you get started. Its measured to the dimensions of the Nerf tactical rail system. Just build your idea on top of it. I also used it to glue a PVC pipe to it to make a grip.
Reflex Sight: You'll need a 2 AA battery holder, LED (I used red), a 1/8" thick piece of clear plastic (I used acrylic but lexan and plexiglas should be fine). Print out the Reflex Sight. Cut away the support in the gap. Insert clea plastic at approximately 45 degrees. You'll also need a rigid thin sheet. I used some copper sheets. Drill or cut your own crosshairs. I'm not sure how to get rid of the double image. From what I understand, its because not all the light gets reflected so some of it travels through the plastic to the other face and then gets refracted. Still working on finding a way to get rid of it. Insert your crosshair cutout into the slot. Make sure the cross hair fits in the square hole provided. Then connect the battery to the LED and place it in the print out. The battery holder should fit in without glue and will also hold the cross hair cut out in place.
Solidworks files are included as well for further modifications.
This is my own work and not supported by Nerf or Hasbro toys.
