How do you print it? with original position, it seems that the support is everywhere.... do you rotate it?

Tbh this is an abomination

Made on a Reprap twice. Once as is, second time on long side. First attempt was trash, too much support in tight spaces. Second attempt much better, but 'pegs' for lego slightly imperfect(due to orientation--me). The real flaw was that the plastic I used was way too hard for this project. KNex plastic flexes a bit. I actually deformed a KNex stick while testing.

I have printed these with an Objet Connex, and with a Dimension printer with dissolvable support. I don't think the ABS supports printed with a Makerbot would work very well with this piece.

I noticed when printing this, you need to have supports on, but it seemed like it would be tricky with the K'Next side down. I flipped it to print Lego side down. What were your settings when printing these? I'm also interested in printing other parts of the universal kit so any and all suggestions are welcomed.

The correct scale is inches. If it seems waaaay too small, then it's being (incorrectly) loaded as millimeters; multiply everything by 25.4.

what is the correct scale on this?

This is such an awesome thing.
