since its not really warm down under the printer i think pla would be fine in this case. i did print mine in abs. if i was to do it again it would be in petg.

Noob question, would this be fine made out of PLA or should I use ABS?

Would you be willing to share a .step file of the assembly?

Very nice. I remixed it with arched power openings enabling me to print with no supports at all. It came out quite well.
Thanks for your efforts. I'm impressed.

update: i added a button for the emergency reset. i also added an optional spacer for the fan. i replaced my fan with a higher performance ball bearing fan. the stock fan kept going bad on me. the fan was silent outside the box but makes a noisy whine when mounted up into the lid. if you have this issue print the spacer and put it between the fan and lid. it will quiet the fan a little. stock makergear fan doesnt seem to have this problem.

ok the files have been rescaled and uploaded

Ahhh im sorry guys i completely forgot to rescale everything. Ill do that tomorrow and upload them again

It appears that this was done in inches and everything has to be rescaled to mm.
Your posts are certainly appreciated but please alert us that they need to be rescaled.
For those who don't know, you need to use netfabb studio to rescale these parts, the

rescale factor for all axis would be 25.4 It would be nice if MrClean6 would scale these
parts before posting, they are unusable in the way he posts them.

Scale seems to be way off. I measure 5.xmm for the entire width of the box.
