This is pretty awesome. I am looking to adapt this to measure the power output of a balloon powered car. I am new to programming and was curious if in the files that you provided allowed for the recording of Force and time.

Thanks! Yes you could do some recordings using the arduino serial monitor. The program is already setup to display readings there (along with the LCD) by default. Whenever you are done running a test just copy/paste the data from the monitor into excel. (You dont actually need an LCD to use this.)
Also, In the details I listed 3 different springs, for a balloon powered car I would suggest using the weakest spring.

Yeah, I noticed the spring options and thought since I would have such low outputs I would have to find a weaker spring. I have been getting max outputs of 45 and as low as 8 ounces. I'll be doing some hunting around the site that you posted your springs from.

I hope you add the necessary information to this project so it can win!
