I've opened it with slic3r and repetier but but both of them says that the file is non-manifold. Can you tell me how to fix it?

nice work bro, I'lll take this to test my filament supplier

have you tried using slic3r with this? I tried it and it seemed to have removed a few of the top layers.

What slicing software can you change the temperature @ specific height on? I am using Repetier currently and it only allows me to set first and subsequent layers nothing in between.

Cura with tweak at z plugin. if you cant connect to cura get version 14.x.x. they started doing some auto com/baud crap that doesn't work with most printers.

Simplify3D can do this but you can also create a heattower with your favourite slicing software and insert the temperatur g-code by hand into the created g-code of your heattower every 25 or 50 layers.

In Cura you can use the Tweak At Z Plugin. It's under "PRESETS", and is pre-loaded on the IIIP version, not sure where in later versions.
You just add a Tweak At Z layer for each temp change, then enter the new temp for each layer.

Nice hint, that is what i'm looking for. I don't want to switch to Simplify only for test-cubes.
