TS 2020 Rail Carriage for Toranado, Prusa i3 Attachments

No, because I don't have a TEVO machine. :)

Looks like missing holes for the endstops and belt

The vertical protrusions in the image are for the belt. I wasn’t asked to make holes for an end stop. Aren’t endstops usually on the rail? Why add unnecessary wires to the carriage?

Dumb questions: How does this mount? Which holes to the wheels go in and which mounts the Toranado? Can it mount a left and a right at the same time? I'm afraid I'm a bit lost as to how to use it.

This is a single carriage. It can mount a right or a left. I could probably create a new dual mount. The wheels go in the outer corners. The inner holes are for the Prusa attachments. The one file also includes mounts in the pattern for a NEMA motor as requested by someone. I don't have a TEVO so I can't show it in operation.

Would you be will to share .stp (step file) or other solid CAD file that can be manipulated?

What do you need done?

Need to change the spacing to accommodate Tevo larger wheels, move the accessory mounting holes to center a Nema17 w/Titan extruder, and add a mount for the end-point switch.

TEVO doesn't use openbuilds wheels?

They use the larger wheels. This looks like it's spaced for the smaller openbuilds wheels.

This wasn't designed for the openbuilds minis. It was designed for the regular openbuilds wheels.

Unfortunately spacing seems off. Maybe the Tevo wheels are slightly different.

I made this thing with 123D Design. I can only provide the file it creates.

Cool, I use 123D Design as well. Can you upload them here ? :)

Just so everyone knows the holes on this model are too close to use the included tevo wheels.

What kind of wheels are they? What is the variation?

They are just black delrin wheels but they must be larger in diameter than the open build wheels you designed this part for. I can provide you with dimensions if you would like.

Sure. I'll see if I can make a variant for them. Pictures would be nice too.
