What software do you use to draw?

what do you mean?
I used 123d design for that 3d model
and I picked that batman photo from google.

123d, thanks!

Does the machine draw from a 2D model or 3D model?

It draws a picture/drawing so if you have an picture/drawing of a 3D model it can draw also a 3d model

Can you explain more about your printing process? Window Film? Is that like car window tint? Just soap and water it onto the aluminum heated bed? How long does it last? What kind of glue do you use? Mostly PLA prints?

I use window film i have a photo from Google https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1ITIbAnhK3AWXJEQUNiR2NTLWs That kind of stuff
It has a sticky Side on it, i put that on the aluminium heated bed(no soap of water). That takes about an 10 minutes. and then use This kind of glue https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1ITIbAnhK3AWkk0NW1uaUdJY00 i use the First one and glue a thin layer of glue on the window film. And then i print in pla. Thanks For your comment:)

Thanks, I was thinking maybe that was the film you were talking about. I have some, but it's not frosted it's the mirrored. Does yours have a texture since it appears to be frosted or is it completely smooth? What I have may work fine if yours is smooth. Where do you buy yours from? I know a roll from Lowe's of the mirrored is like $45.00 (I was just thinking, the mirrored I have needs soap and water to attach to the window. You'rs is probably cheaper and on a smaller roll, instead of mine at 2 1/2feet X 5 feet rolls.

Great work!!!

So you're telling me I can draw pictures with my 3D Printer? I guess it's possible, I always imagined you'd need to build another machine for this. Interesting! WOW, I'm quite excited!

Well, truthfully, a 3D printer is just a 80-90's era pen plotter with an extra axis and a different type of material.

Neat idea!

yes you can draw pictures with it you only need poster buddy and a 3d printer :)
