Hi, this reply is copied from the OLO Kickstarter page, thought I'd paste it here to make sure you saw it. Nice model! :)

I see that your model is within the maximum print volume that the printer can achieve, but the large flat surface of your model may cause issues with printing with the OLO due to suction forces acting on the area between the layer of cured resin and the vat's film base when the model is drawn out in the Z axis (even if they accomplish some sort of tilt mechanism as the bed is lifted up).

I also see that you've modelled the moving parts with 0.5mm clearance between the pivot pins and the holes which appears to be acceptable for most resin prints (provided you clean the parts thoroughly before any remaining resin cures in there). However, as we are yet to know how accurate the OLO is, there's no way of telling whether the tolerance you've modelled would be sufficient.

what~~~ does this means that flat surface design should redesign for the OLO , sorry I reply late that because some of the English words are too solid for me , I still trying to understand the Z axis lifted up issue, is the liquid , when I figure it out I will make an other design fit the OLO. :S

yep , but I haven't operate any SLA kind printer before , that I design all for FDM , but I hope I can learn or know some design trick before I get my OLO , and I really appreciate your comment , thanks man , ;)
