Flat piece is the door

well not the door but the flat piece

i trying this now just have to scale it smaller, my question is where does the door go?

This is a nice peace and I gone print it. One question, what printer did you use? It seems like a big bastard that doesn't fit into a Replicator 2 printer?

Thanks, the big bastard was printed on a solidoddle 3. It has a 8" square bed and I used as much of it as I could:)

Sorry, but I am having big problems starting to print this nice thing. I am seeing errors in the stl file using netfabb, but I cant manage to repair them. The printer is behaving real strange and tries to print the first layer in the second layer. I have to ask some friends if they can see whats wrong with the stl!

i well recheck the files. I had no trouble slicing in replicatorg or repetier. I designed them in blender and used there mesh analyzer and also netfabb to check them.

Strange, i got several of errors in netfabb and even tried their cloud service and it did return a fixed file. But that did not work either...There must be something that happens when makerware is slicing the object :(

Did you try slicing without running though netfabb. I had a similar problem with the skeleton hands until tied slicing without netfabb.

Yes, I even tried that but with the same problem. The mesh looks fine in several of programs, but in repetier I can see the problems. This is really strange. Check this thread in a swedish forum, you can see some images from different software here. We are trying to understand why this happens, but no one got a clue...
