Is this your photo in the kitchen and did you give permission for these third-party sellers to use it in their ad's? At first I thought it was you selling this and wondered how it could be sold for only $26 if it were 3D printed. I guess someone has copied it and maybe is having it injection molded now? I could never sell mine for 26 bucks for the work I put into it!

I was going to print one for my sister and her guy but it the stl does not have the knife slots?
So it is just a bust not the knife block as in the pic then....

if there is an stl wtih the knife slots in your kit somewhere could you add it plz? My BV is 30cm3 so I can print all at once.

Hi have you licensed this for commercial sale.... Because someone is selling it.........?????????? https://www.valarstore.com/products/kitchen-deadpool-knife-holder

Printed one out, but how did you mask off the red to paint on the black area? Your instructable just says you primed and painted but not what method you used for the masking. Just basic painters tape? or a template overlay of some sort? Oh and same for how cleanly you did it around the eye?

Hi, I painted the eyes with a paint brush.

So why does the instructable look like it was an airbrush for the white eyes, I can see all the overspray? And then what did you use to mask off around the area to paint the black. Meaning how did you get such clean lines of separation? Surely not by freehand? Thanks for the reply.

Sorry, I meant to say that I painted the black part of the eyes with a paint brush. The rest is air brushed. I didn't mask anything.

Ok, Thanks. You're really good with a paint brush!

Is it possible to get the print file with the holes for the knifes? I tried it many times to convert it for my CAD proramm.

Thanks a lot

I'm more worried about painting this than printing it!

Hello Did you print multiple parts or just one big print and if so what printer did you use?

Please take a look at the instructable (the link is in the description). I used a Replicator 2 and printed in multiple parts.

Ok thank you very much

Sorry, I thought that Remix files stayed here. Here is my page and the file.

Top (Repaired)

Hey, thanks for the reply. The repaired "Top" piece came back with a residual plate covering half of the left eye. See my post on Reprappers "Look what I made" to see it. I will upload it here.

Downloaded (4) parts at Instructable site. Parts were not in proper position to slice. After re-positioning them, all sliced well accept for the top. Uploaded to Makeprintable and found 2600 bad edges. After repair I sliced with Slic3r and got a good slice but with an odd plate over left eye. Tried slicing with Cura and got a clean slice but print time was 54 hours opposed to 10 hours with Slic3r. Am printing Top right now and is coming out beautifully. Very hi res drawing. Will probably go down to 5% infill on rest of parts. Cheers to your drawing skills.

Hi, thanks a lot for you detailed comment! I am sorry that you were running into trouble I was able to print it without any problems. At least except the small bubble behind the eyes. Which I forgot to remove before printing. The version I uploaded to Thingiverse should be ok, though. Would you be willing to share your cleaned up file, so that I can update the instructable?

Converted it to binary STL and it's still just a bit too big to put into Tinkercad. Oy. :-)

For some reason, I think this deadpool head finally find its purpose ^^.

This is the greatest thing (AND Thing) I have ever seen

The picture is just a mock-up not a real print, right?
If that's a print then I'd love to know how you did the finish

You can polish it with some resine

Cancel that.
I saw your instructables page and boy is it cool. Great documentation. Thanks for uploading!

It is a real print, check out the link in the description. I just used a whole lot of primer and filler

I loaded this file on simplify yet I see no knife slots...it looks like a solid bust? Am I missing something?...Thanx in advance and great model!

Yes, it is just the bust. You will have to adapt it in order to fit your own knifes.

Is it possible for you to upload your file with slots....I don't mind as I have many kitchen knives.....something will fit

Sure, I've uploaded them to the instructable. I can upload them to Thingiverse on Monday.

Heya, trying to find the new version, do you have a link? :)

Wow...thank you very much my friend!

You should put a slot for a knife on the left (our left) side of his head like in that scene at the end :D

I thought about that, but decided it was safer this way.

Lol, I know but you have to admit that it will be awesome!!!
