MakerBot Print is our newest print-prepration software, which supports native CAD files and STL assemblies,
allows you to interact with all your printers via the Cloud, and many other exciting new features.
Before I say anything all credit for the original design belongs to Mark Carew and the Openbuilds team (http://www.thingiverse.com/OpenBuilds/about).
I was looking at the Openbuilds XY table examples and I noticed that the 3D printed parts examples were designed for 2080 V-Slot extrusion. If however, you're like me and cost is important, 2040 or 2060 are a more affordable choice. So I decided to rework the Openbuilds design to the smaller sizes.
While I'm sure the 2060 NEMA 17 mount will work, I'm not certain about the 2040 as I haven't printed them yet.
Not printed yet.
