Hey! You use that clip wrong.
The idea of this thing is to let your X-Z axis laying on that clips.. You don't need to screw clip, nut and your X-Z axis togather!

You need to screw only this thing and nut..

Haha learn something new every! I must have overlooked that, thanks for the heads up. Before I print again I will rebuild, no wonder it made me think out so many questions about tight fits and such.

Gotta edit and repost! But the 45 degree tilt is anyways better to reach the mounting holes for me, so not all is lost!
