Used Customizer to set Tab Length to 19mm so it would fit 3/4 inch plywood. Printed with no supports on Ender-3 using out-of-the-box Draft Quality. Pulled a few strings off the base and have a clean print. Works great.

Edit: Using Firefox.

I'm trying to use the customizer but every time I try to generate my thing (unless i keep ALL the setting as default) it gived me an error saying "#<RuntimeError: Failed to get https://www.thingiverse.com/download:2499114 403: Forbidden>"

Any idea?

I'm not sure that the problem you are experiencing is an issue with the scad source. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the server/site.

Curious, I also get the error on the model this was remixed from

I get this too, don't know why

Ok, I think I finally figured out what was wrong with the customizer. Evidently, picking a tab name of "Global" completely borked every other setting. I have changed the tab name to "PrintOptions" and it appears to be working again.

Nope, same error. But I get it with another object also, I'm starting to suspect it's a Customizer problem, not your object's one

Did you mean to be responding to the "403: forbidden" issue that other people have started to see recently? The fix you responded to is from an much older issue that I thought was resolved.

There's something strange for me in the customizer - all variables show as "show separate: yes\no". Is everything okay on your pc?

When I try to customize this item, it just gives me lots of options to split into two parts - no way to change table thickness, cable thickness, or anything like that.

I see the same thing. The source code is available for anyone to scrutinize. It's worked fine for years, no idea what changed to break it.

Hi, is someone can check the customizer? seems it doesn't work for me :/

doesn't work for me either

Great work with the turning-mechanism!

What is the thickness of you desk that this piece will fit? 3/4" ?

You can use the customizer to create one that will fit any desk.

Thanks for making this, it works very well. I was able to print it as one part with a Replikeo Prusa i3. I found I had to use pliers to turn the rotating bit the first time as it's quite stiff at first. I really like being able to customize it as well.

I used Slic3r to slice with 0.2mm layer height, 30% infill and support material off. Printed in PLA.

I made one with the customizer (1mm between the 2 parts and a 10mm hole). Very usefull for a desk for a videoprojector cable.
Thanks for sharing and the possibility to customize.
