Theres something wrong with that silcer.

The thing "wrong" with it is that's a picture from 2011, haha. Home printers have come a long way in the past five years.

For some reason this is crashing Slic3r 0.9.10 on me. I get the error on load:

Warning: The input file contains a hole near edge 9.128330,38.815010,3.354812-9.031870,38.971910,3.250000 (not manifold). You might want to repair it and retry, or to check the resulting G-code before printing anyway.

I uploaded a new version this morning that should solve this problem. Give it a try, and let me know if you still have any trouble.

Split it into two parts so we can print seperate!

I'm pretty sure on the show they just hotglued the badge to the uniforms.

I'm equally sure I would not want to hotglue the badge to my red shirt of doom. In case later I get upgraded to the blue shirt of science or yellow shirt of alien babe banging, I would hate to have to take 3 minutes to pri
nt a whole new badge... options to add standard-sized magnets to the back would rock.

Import the STL into openscad and punch out a hole in the back. It isnt usually that difficult, though sometimes you have to run the STL through netfabb to get openscad to open it.
