Made some modifications to make it more rigid.
Using 25.4mm tubing 304 stainless (OZ version)
Corner block I lowered nut trap, so I can get a little more tension on it before the PLA breaks.
Middle Z I made taller and longer also has the brace across the top and bottom. Z flex seems to happen here alot.
Milled some 3mm aluminum nema brackets on it(made on this machine), as the existing PLA ones couldn't handle the tension.
Extended the Roller F lock out to try and minimize gantry flex, keep it square. Plus the roller locks always broke
Added an extra support on Camar0 rigid middle bracket. Trying out these parts printed in CF XT20, as alot of tension seems to brake parts here
Changed to a 15HTD3 belt system, has a steel ply layer. To much wobble in the 6mm GT2 belt, which added to the chatter
Using 3 x TB 6560 3amp drivers with 12v 500w power supply (now using 5 with Nema 23 .9 deg 24 Tooth HTD3)
Using GRBL 0.9 on Freetronics Arduino with GRBLControl https://github.com/Denvi/grblControl (Awesome gives previews and great controls)
Upgraded 1.5kw spindle with VFD from 400w version (400w had heaps of shaft flex [bit braker])
Using 2 flute HSS endmil 2mm-6mm & 2mm -3mm Carbide 2 flute
