Any chance you can add the CAD files? Would be great to have these in all sizes. And different strengths.

Just wondering. Print with supports? Print with inlay? Having issues getting it to print

Thinking Ill try this one in nylon. ABS didn't do well for me with the shell being so thin. However the print came out beautify in ABS, its just not strong enough

WOAH!! I paid $4 for two of these at the local auto store! Must try this :) Thanks.

printed in PLA, breaks way to easy, maybe ABS would work

Sweet, was looking at making some, but thanks for the work!

Nice design.0.2 250 degree abs fan %60 nice for me.

good job men! thanks!!
what are the adjustment you are using? (i mean for temperature, filament, settings )

thanks again!

ha ba ça tombe bien, je viens dans casser plusieurs :)

I printed this model on a Fortus 360 and it looks great. ABS-m30 material and seems to be able to hold up as is.

How did you design this what program???

I have. I can not get it to print usably. it looks gorgeous but ANY lateral force at all on the large part snaps the stem free from the flat plate.

needs a small fillet or something where it joins at the base for strength. Just not usable at least not with PLA that I can see.

Same here, gonna try ABS when it arrives ;)

Have you tried printing this yet?

wilL this work with petG OR IS ABS my best bet?

I doubt this pin would work unless printed laying down.
The layers will delaminate on first use.

Try this:
