I designed a similar clip for 1.5" square 8020. First I printed it vertically, making the clips only about 7.5 mm long. It worked except it is hard to keep the small surface area attached to the printbed. About 25% of them came off the print bed before the print was done. The clips that printed were VERY good! They clipped in with some effort and stayed put.

Next I tried printing some 150 mm long clips by laying them on their backs as shown here. Not good. They print fine but when snapping into the rail the clip has to bend in the direction in which it is weakest because or the direction the plastic is laid down. The little retainer "ball" / strip tends to break off. Maybe I need to adjust my dimensions...

This design only works with the 1" 8020 (size 10), I will try to post an updated version that supports size 15 as well but at this time I do not have extrusions to test with. Looking at the specs, it appears 1515 is almost twice as thick as 1010, so the clip wings need to be twice as tall in order for the retainer cylinder to snap in properly (otherwise it will rest on the sides and be be under constant pressure). So it's not possible to resize the size 10 clip to fit size 15, it does not scale linearly (the retainer cylinder being twice as big explains why it would break). If it breaks for size 10, check temperature (probably too low for proper layer binding?)
