Create to use with my kossel mini and use my heat bed to print in abs. after I tryed to create a part to use FSR's I realize that I could loose my heat bed. So I decide to remove the fsr and recreate it according to my mesures.
If you have the same set up (hexagonal aluminium heat bed and 19 mm glass. give it a try.
Remake of Kossel FSR Support corner for 190 mm Glass that I created before
I update the file with a side close to avoid the heat bed to move.
I use it with some coil and screw to level the bed. I couldn't find the link to it...
use ABS to resist the temperature. I rotate it 45 degrees to fit my print area and print it up right. No support needed. The updated file is so much better than the firs one.
I use sketch up to design it.... start import the lower corner from thingiverse, draw the triangle and find the center of the bed and draw my 19 mm glass, then start to create the structure to hold the heat bed with some space to fit the weld that connect the wires, after the first try it short the connectors, so I raise it a bit and also clean a weld changing the wires direction pointing it to the center of the plate and choose a silicone wire. I could post the sketchup file, but I screw up some things with other projects.... It;s a big mess .
