Hey muddtt, it looks like people are selling your design on eBay. Here are two examples of sellers that are not following the CC-Attrib license requirements (neither are giving any attribution):

Item #202529545414, seller "uniktraders": https://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-i3-Console-Cup-Holder-2014-2015-2016-2017-14-15-16-17-/202529545414

Item #273363326298, seller "jbavarian": https://www.ebay.com/itm/Console-Cup-Holder-BMW-i3-01-2013-06-2017-/273363326298

One of those people may be you, but I doubt both of them are. I just wanted to let you know that people may be making money off your work without giving due attribution to you your effort.

Thanks for the info. I don't know how i'd even do anything or if I can do much about it....

I would like to see one of these with the wider mouth as well as have a second one cup holder on it as well. I have an X1 and having a second cup holder would be nice. Maybe even an adapter that would attach to the OEM one.

Is there anyway you could post a version of this that supports a 91mm (maybe with 2-3mm of slack) diameter? I have, and I am sure others do, a 40 wide mouth hydro flask I use daily and its really a pain in this car.

It would be a great QoL improvement!

I was SO stoked to see this already rendered. We wanted a third cup holder, but not at dealer prices, that's just crazy for a cup holder :o
I've printed the top, and the bottom is printing right now. I'll post pic or two when it's done. I added a fourth layer and bumped the fill to 40% after reading about concerns on strength. I'm using PLA as that's all I have right now, printing at 0.20mm. The top took 10hrs and about 50m of filament. It seems crazy sturdy. I don't foresee any issues w/ strength.

Thanks so much for sharing this muddtt!

Bottom finished and it's assembled. Looks good. Feels plenty strong. Worst case I will glue the bottom on. I'd post a picture but I'm not seeing how.

Did you ever get round to seeing if the screw system worked? :)

The screws seemed to work. The area where it was weak was at the tab that inserts into the car because of the weight of all the liquid and cup. Maybe If I printed it solid it would've been okay. I was working on a second design, but my HD crashed and I lost all my data.
