What are the steps/mm you are using with 10/24? I'm setting it up the same and can't find the calculator.

1.0583 is the pitch per mm for prusa calculator http://prusaprinters.org/calculator/#stepspermmlead and in marlin i set the z axis steps per unit at 3023.00 ex: #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80.55,79.75,3023.72,557.0}

Thanks. I run 1/32 steps so I'll adjust it. Appreciate the quick response.

I know its been a while but if you can get your hands on 10-32, the bolt size is the same and fits just as good but you'll get a better z axis resolution, Around here 10-24 is what is easily found and only reason I went down that route.

Sweet you got yourself one of those super smoothieboard .
