Hi Roumen, seems a very nice design. Congrats! Can you point the model of motors you use? I will try to get some similar ones from HobbyKing.
Thanks and regards.

Hi Tiango, was a while back so don't recall the exact motor. Should be 2208 - 80T model. Something like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4set-lot-MARSPower-Brushless-Gimbal-Motor-2208-80T-For-Gopro-CNC-Digital-Camera-Mount-FPV-Free/32640885389.html

Thanks a lot for your reply! Regards. Tiago

Hi! I have three 2804 brushless motors from RCTimer, can this be addapted to them? Thanks!

Probably but needs quite some adaption to different geometry of the motor. Not an easy quick fix I would say.

Hi! Can you give me a pid setting?

I used default settings but you can fine tune. Look online for some good PID tuning guides.

Is it possible to do this but for an iPhone? thx a lot, David

merci pour le partage
pense tu que je peut monter cette nacelle sur mon phantom 1 ?

I have already printed the fragmaster's v1.5. will it fit there ? And can you post any sample footage of it

From which filament better to print? ABS or PLA?

I only use PLA. So no advice from my side. Sorry.

Yea I like PLA now too, I had only about 3 meters of PLA. Printed out some spare for my hexa with PLA and it looks rock solid then ABS. I tought ABS would be better but I was wrong :) Now I have ordered more PLA.

I want to print this gimbal but I have one Q, it's possible to mount Storm32 controller in this gimbal or ...? Loosks like it's not possible :(

Anyway, thanx a lot for this great work!

May be you could make this with controller mount? If possible of course :)

I'm a begginer, may be I will do it myself soon but not sure when I will :( Can't wait to print it now of course lol

What app are you using? I trying to learn to make designs in SketchUp Pro for now. Only watching a tutorials now.

And the last question :) What fill density r u using? I mean how many % I need to print with?

@bortek Total weight including the 3 motors, storm32 controller board as shown in the video but without the battery and without GoPro is 172g. (the motors are heavy)

@Qav_400 height from top mounting plate to bottom GoPro mount is ±100mm with GoPro in straight front position.

@mrmj2u Sorry no tips there, I know the board is pretty big in size and 3D printed Inspire come in many forms and shapes. If you don't use the camera in the nose it should be able to fit it in there. Good luck!

So I made this gimbal and it looks great. Where did you mount your Storm32 controller board? I'm looking at my 3D printed Inspire and don't know where to mount it. Thanks in advance!

How tall is the Gimbal?

Whats the weight of the gimbal ?

Hi Roumen,

Thanks for the design!
I'll start with this, and maybe adapt some things later..
as I first have to check if my adaption is: 1) possible / 2) an improvement :)

Is there any guy who can made sj4000 holder ?

Of course this is possible but since I don't own a sj4000 camera I suggest you download a free design tool (I used 123D Design for this) and create a compatible holder for the sj4000. If you share it on thingiverse I expect a lot of people will be grateful.

I don't know 3d design !:/ so i ask you to do this i can tell you the mesurments of sj4000 and you create it :/?

This is a great opportunity to learn! I also only learned it last year and it triggers great creativity. Download the software at http://www.123dapp.com/design and there are many youtube video's with examples how to create an object. Good luck!

Must have gopro sj4000 is to big for case :/ romen is possible to make file for sj4000 camera case ? Thanks

This is awesome thank you! Im just finishing up mine.

What screws do you using ?

Added to the description!

@ramtaajogi I added a few snapshots and some comments in the build hope this helps.

I printed the components, but cannot figure out how you connected the pitch motor to the roll motor. Can you have more images views. Thanks!
