The rails fit well and the train runs well if it is alone. The train cannot run up with a waggon mounted behind. If the geometry of the bottom part could be somehow changed, would be great.

Unfortunately I do not have the time to do it. You can have a go at it yourself by modifying the openscad source file included with the downloads.

Thx pjotrx for the answer. I already found a remix of your rails and I will try them today. BTW I changed the middle rail and removed one column. It works pretty well.

Did any of you try to print it with MatterControl? Slicing process crushes silently for me and the print doesn't start for any of the parts. What slicer did you guys use for this?

I use Slic3r.

I have problems fitting the pieces together. Everything is very tight. Wonder if this could be improved.

That is strange, pieces fit good but for me the bottom does not fit too great, not tight enough for real duplo bricks. (Slic3r Prusa mk3)

Sorry for my extremely late reply. I considered adjusting the design, but it would actually require quite some effort. I have now more or less abandoned this design philosophy for such complicated objects. Fiddling with you printer settings might make the fit less tight.

Just printing .. Great Stuff .. Thanks!

I would like to see the result; could you post a picture please?

done :-)

because of the many fillament i have made these .. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:189227http://www.thingiverse.com/thi...
