Is there any way you could put a 3dtouch/bltouch mount on the front? in front of the fan maybe? or even a modular piece to somehow add to the left or right side instead of a fan? That would be so cool. Love the design

I love the design. I am only able to fit one fan duct because of the way my sensor mount is positioned, and I'm definitely not getting enough airflow with one 40mm fan. I'm thinking of attempting to design a mount for a blower fan. I'm very much a novice with design, so we'll see how that turns out haha. Seriously though, nice job on this!

Thank you for your comment, I see your problem, these fans are not good for high pressure. My printer is currently using a blower fan and the prusa mk2 printed parts. Good luck on your design. Although I am thinking about totally redesigning a new hotend and fan mount to use a blower style fans for the part cooling.

I gave the 30mm duct a test run, and it has way more airflow than the 40mm (the fan I have isn't that strong heh). I'm going to give that a shot ^^

can you make a 40mm clamp as well? with the fan ducts.

Yes sure thing, ill get to work on it very shortly

Thanks man, any update with the 40mm fan yet? I don't want you to think I'm rushing but I need to print a new setup soon =)

Sorry about the wait, I printed the ducts myself for the first time a couple of days ago and noticed that they produce very little airflow as my design was flawed. Hopefully tomorrow night I should have the 40mm clamp and some new ducts finished.

hey man any updates?

Sorry about the long wait, the 40mm clamp should be uploaded now, please tell me if it works!

hey no problem man, things happen in life and it's not like this is your job!! But it is greatly appreciated you did it thanks so much!

If you have already have downloaded the 40mm clamp, please could you download it again, I have updated the model because I had a problem with a thin wall that wouldn't print, Its all fixed now!

No worries! I will download it later tonight when I get home, I didn't get a chance to print it last night due to printer maintenenace and upgrades, but definitely soon!
