A good idea i like it. Various parts gave me a good inspiration how to build my own table saw. I use a 12V motor and it is good enough to sew wood up to 5 mm. Bigger things i do on a great saw. Your holder (german: Anschlag) on the right side i like most really simple but stable.

Hey, thanks for the designs. I have a mini table saw i bought from an aliexpress vendor a couple years ago. It's pretty great - runs on 12-24vdc with the speed depending on the voltage, uses 100-110mm blades, has a horizontal chuck too.

I can cut 1/16" steel if i load an abrasive cutoff wheel and go slow. So, maybe think about getting a good DC motor and losing the sewing machine motor? shrug. I mostly bought this saw to cut FR4 circuit boards with diamond blades.

Anyway, I can't figure out where i last put the miter that came with my saw, so i am printing yours. Just had to slim down the rail to 9.8mm (Why not 10mm? who knows).

Hi, nice work!!!! Can you post closer picters of the fence mount to see how exactly is atached and how to make it square? I dont understand very well how it is done. (sorry , Im just starting with woodworking)
