Anyone tried to build bigger (24' by 24') boxes with modular panels like these?

I've published a parametric OpenSCAD version that aims to be printable without support: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:190857http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... . Feedback most welcome, since I currently don't have a 3D printer nearby and so cannot test it!

Very nice and sturdy design! I've started working on a OpenSCAD port.

What I don't get it the purpose of the little holes in the corners, are they meant for screws?

They were originally meant for ABS pins made from cut pieces of filament. However, I just used ABS glue instead and it worked fine.

The clips need an OpenScad project. Can anyone make this happen? I don't have the knowledge, but I know they need to be parameterized or at least fleshed out into several more possible permutations.

If you chamfered the corner of the corner pieces and then printed the piece with that on the bed then no support would be required. Just a thought, and that's if you like corner chamfers?

Good idea! I think half the battle with 3D printing is being able to rotate 3D models in your head to find the best orientation (i.e. least printing problems) before setting them up to print.

when using it for a kegerator you probably want to insulate the inside. if the tubing behind the tap is warm, you'll get excessive foam when you pour. if you look at most bars, their taps are mounted in a box which they fill with ice to eliminate bad pours (and lost beer/revenue)

you should also include flat sideclips so that the panels can be made bigger by joining them edge to edge.
