What size should it be ?
If i open it in cura the box is 1,2 mm :D

The assembled box measures (in inches) 2.75 x 4.50 x 1.375

Wicked, I'll convert it to metric and print it tomorrow :)

hey why did your AR
15 lower get removed

Thingiverse updated their ToS, then said that the file violated the updated ToS. http://haveblue.org/?p=1530

Very good design. I can offer two suggestions that may be of merit.
Put the locating bumps on the other part (holes at the top).
Add holes in the bottoms of each cavity on bottom part and small bump feet if you don't have already.
Both ideas to help dust and shavings go away without having to shake or blow.

Excellent suggestion, though holes in the bottom of each cavity may allow more moisture in. Still, enlarging the cavity to trap swarf is a great idea - if I update the design, I'll certainly include your suggestions!

Very nice design. Can you create STL's for ER20 Collets? I have failed to resize it properly. Wasted lots of plastic trying to get it right.

I'd love to, though I don't have any ER20 collets to test with! (I goofed my original ER16 attempt and had to make the box taller by 1/8", so I'd want to actually fit to a testable object)

I understand. I could always make an ER20 thingiverse object for you to print! You would then have the testable object!

Nice. Why not post the Solidworks files, as well? I try to add a Solidworks tag to everything I post.

Good idea - SWX files are now up.

Very nice! I like the design of the interlocking keys.

Nice design and print!
