It is clear this printer turns to commercial , and uses Thingiverse as an advertisement tool.
Referring to Openbuilds website in description above is not enough to say this is an open source 3d printer.

Hi there, it has now been over a year since this printer was funded on kickstarter. Are you still planning on open sourcing the design, or keeping it closed source?

Your kickstarter campaign says: 'When this project gets funded, we will also release all the specs and design files on our wiki to keep things open source, as we have been.',

But at list for them self people should be make it from source files, specially when you promise to release them after kick starter is finished... It would be a good thing to hold promises....
I guess when some people get money it is not necessary to hold promises...
Good Luck!

Open source means we share the "sources", it doesn't mean you can make money off of it which is why we select non-commercial.

This is described as an Open Source printer, but the CC BY-NC-SA license is not an Open Source license. http://www.oshwa.org/2014/05/21/cc-oshw/http://www.oshwa.org/2014/05/2...

Would you be able to upload files?

great design !!
can't wait to see the files released.
