Excellent job, they are surprisingly strong!

Hi Friend!
thanks for your job. What plastic do u use? Pla or abs? Do You kept the same dimensions of aluminum bars in the original BOM? or you have change the dimensions? TKS again

I've printed these in PLA and they seem to work pretty well, but I think ABS and PETG might be even better. I'm not sure about the cut lengths in the BOM. When I look at the main picture for Smartapcore Alu here on thingiverse.com, it appears that some of the 2020 aluminum extrusions are extending all of the way to the outside of the perimeter and others that but up against the longer ones seem like they would be the same. So I suppose you might have to cut the ones that appear to go all of the way to the end a bit shorter, but to be honest, I'm not sure.

Thanks for your fast reply. Yes, its occurs with "y" direction. This is my first 3d printer diy and i have this question. No problem, I will buy in the according to the BOM and use your corner conectors and y direction will be more longer, about 20mm, no problem, will be fine. TKS!!
