Would you happen to maybe do something like this but for a corolla? I had a similar idea I wanted to make for my 2012 corolla :)

You should be able to resize it to meet your needs on the Corolla. I was able to resize the same model to work on my tailgate emblem.

any more pics after install?

I can take some more. I was not pleased with the final painting. I did not wait long enough for the chrome to dry. I should have painted the red first then the chrome. So I experimented with metallic tape. When I get my printer up and running again I will be printing another at higher resolution and taking extra time painting or electroplating the emblem.

My 4runner is a 4th Gen (06). The file should be able to be resized to fit other models. I was also looking at replacing the rear emblem.

And I could see adding LED back Lighting.

LED would look good too.

Wow. Good timing. I have a buddy, with a 4 Runner, who just happened to ask about something like this. I think his is a '09 but if there is any difference, it's only a matter of scaling.

Glad it can be used. I am working on an alternate that snaps on top of the existing Toyota symbol.

My biggest issue at this point is figuring out how to chrome the outer ring.

After sanding the surface very well (2-4000 grit), apply Molotow liquid chrome pen from Czech Republic, if possible. Let it dry for few days! Then apply transparen laquer, because this paint cannot be touched.
