Maya Death Whistle (Easy Print, Very Loud)
Made by ejamesh7, uploadedDescription
I originally made the blue one at the original scale. It was awesome and I decided to try to see how scaling up would affect the sound produced (Orange is 300% and Black is 200%). The blue one was made with a standard 0.4mm nozzle but the two bigger ones were printed with a 1.0mm nozzle. The bigger ones look pretty cool and are neat paperweights but sadly I am unable to produce a sound with them very often and when I do it doesn't sound like a scream. Maybe if I had an air compressor I could get a better sound. The 1.0mm nozzle cut the print times in half for the bigger ones and still did a good job with detail. I used tree supports for all three prints. If you do not know what tree supports are, look them up and your printing experience will get so much better. The sound the blue one (original size) makes is terrifying and awesome. It scared the crap out of my roommates the first time I used it.
