Printed at layer height 0.16, not sure it saved me much time in the sanding stage though. Next time I would print at a lower quality and make more liberal use of modelling filler (Humbrol).

Hi, no I printed it in pieces. I recommend assembling it top down (i assembled it face first and the dome is slightly misaligned). I also recommend using a good modelling putty to help smooth out seams and harder to sand areas. Once I started using one myself (humbrol’s) the job instantly became easier and higher quality.
WHERE DID YOU GET THE HELMET STAND FROM
It fits with space to apply padding (which you will need if you want to wear this for any length of time). The circumference of my head is 22 1/4 inches (average is 22 1/2). I printed this at 100% scale
does it fit your head... if so what size is your head and what did you scale your print too thanks
