A lovely model. Nice and dynamic pose. One of the best from Mr Color3D. Thank you sir !
I had to print this lady.
A bit difficult to make a good print. Cut in 2 parts to get a flat surface on to the bed and use as less supports as possible, then glued together.
Scaled to make her easy to watch : 19cm high and 19cm long (approx).
Hands failed (see the picture in the printer). Get replaced with new ones.
As usual for all characters i print : a machined oak stand keep her on her feet.
The challenge was to fix her on the oak stand. The solution i chose consists in adding M2.5 threatened and 140° bent rods on the very end of each foot. A special mini-seringe has been made to inject Epoxy glue inside the foot before placing the rod. I also designed a special tool to keep the 2 rods vertical while the glue get hard.
About 30 hours of print + 30 hours for finishing work. I think i was in love...
Will become a gift for christmass.
