I made this for my dad as a Father's Day gift, whom works as a Tech Crew Chief at American Airlines for the CFM-56 engine on the 737-800. He absolutely loves it!
Thank you so much to CATIAV5FTW for uploading this model! It has made my father's decade I think!
Black, Silver, and White
Slicer supports were needed on most of the casings, but I used all of the models with included supports where applicable and they worked great.
I didn't keep precise track of the print time, but overall I'd say it took 150+ hours with another 30+ hours on finishing, assembly, and final tweaks. I did end up needing a roughly 1.5mm thick spacer between the LPT casing and Nozzle, but other than that, it went together perfectly. I printed the black and white parts in 0.15mm resolution and the silver parts in 0.1mm resolution. I matched the designers colors exactly.
