I took the base from a humidifier I had that wasn't being used. Fired up Fusion 360 and created an extension and a holder for the LED card I actually used colour changing filament for this just to see how well it would react. Wired the LEDs glued the parts together. Whilst I was doing this I had my printer printing out the lamp using some glow in the dark filament from FrontierFila not my first choice of filament, in fact, I would not buy from this company again I have suffered many blockages trying to use this stuff so after this I will be throwing whats left out. So the print was successful as can be seen the only problem is the amount of stringgy filament between the struts so half hour used to clean up as best and glued the lampshade to the base and finally all is well in Gotham city.
