Took me 3 attempts due to planning an calibration errors.
First attempt was without raft. The first layer got squished, squeezed out to the sides and fused the gears to the housing. That ain't gonna move!
Second attempt failed due to the printer going off axis. Maybe missed some steps. Skewed the whole thing. That ain't gonna move!
Third attempt worked. No sweat!
I peeled of the raft, then kneaded it with my hand and at the end I put an Allen key through and twisted it back and forth. I thought I'd lost it when it went CRACK but that was it: loose. It even spins a few rotations when struck with enough force until it comes to stop at some point of high resistance. Probably some bead sticking to a wall somewhere. If i was really nuts, I could inspect every squaremillimeter through the holes, but I don't care. Have not used it for anything but amazing myself and my friends.
