Great File, so glad you posted this. I made mine at 80% the model size and for the gauntlet itself feels the correct size. I attached a few elastic straps inside between the hand and gauntlet to keep them together but still allow some movement.
For the gems, I tried printing the casts to resin them, but I had both difficulty in pulling them apart and they were a little too shallow. Though I did end up using the green (time) gem mold since I already printed that one. For the rest I used the basic gem templates from any hobby store, I made the smooth gem versions, then used a dremel with a stone bit to add texture. I should take off more on the orange and blue, but that and lights will be for another day. Oh and the picture lies :P, the third gem is blue and the forth is kinda purple, just bad photo with my phone.
The only parts I wish I did a better job with are the fingers, they are a little long at 80%. I used hot glue to attach the end (tip) and middle pieces together so they wouldn't flop over, though sadly now I can't make a fist. Should be good enough for the Captain Marvel movie though. Might give them a shot at 75% for Avengers End Game.
Overall awesome build, I just need to spend more time on the finishing touches.
.1 for fingers, .3 for big pieces
For all my parts I coated the plastic with a smoothcast resin to smooth out some of the lines. I don't like printing for ludicrous amounts of time.
