Frankenstein light switch plate in black PLA - painted with Rustoleum spray paint - red and chrome.
I printed the whole thing in black PLA, then used masking tape to cover everything that wasn't gonna look metal, & gave it a couple coats of Rustoleum-brand chrome. I then used the same brand red on the handle, since a real, operating switch of that type couldn't have a metal handle unless the user wanted to fry. I think it turned out pretty well, and I'm going to keep using it in my craft/printing room.
One note for anyone planning on painting theirs the same way: Do NOT get any chrome on area of the handle that's going to be painted a different color. Other paints have a hard time sticking to chrome.
