I had a great time with this project, thank you CdRsKull for initial design and stl files. I have modified the arms to allow for ESCs, I could not find the motors with escs so I redesigned the arms in FreeCad to allow for esc fitment. By no means am I a designer I’m actually a retired USAF Crew Chief and still love being involved in flying. The ESC arms do have flaws but function great. This Quad flew in Colorado at 0* outside in Dec 2018-Jan 2019 without any problems. Since then I have flown it here in Louisiana a few times and it is awesome! The setup is Naza M V2 with GPS, 30 amp escs, Emax 935 KV motors, runcam mini split, Powergobby 3s 3000mah. Sorry about the video it’s a hard mounted runcam split v2 and I’m learning to fly so yea. Note: The center of gravity is critical on this build and anything added to the nose of this aircraft needs to be countered on the back end.
