The bulk of this, the orange, is Gizmodorks HIPS. The clamping black pieces are MadeSolid PET+. The rack and pinion gear are a couple layers of Hatchbox Gold PLA and generic Chinese black PLA. The blue is recycled Gizmodorks Blue PLA, melted with a heat gun then rolled onto the end like cotton candy, to replace the function of the locking nuts that would have been there. I used a large nozzle and layer heights to print the HIPS, which came out as flawless and very strong parts. Three different machines were used to print this--Orange HIPS on a Folger Tech 2020 RepRap i3, PLA on a Prusa Mendel i2, and PET+ on an Anet A8. White PLA bushings of my own design are used on 5/16" smooth rod. I used smooth rod instead of threaded rod in the handle since it provided a better fit after drilling out the holes with a 5/16" drill bit.
