Drilled small holes in nose pieces for a toothpick (part) reinforcement, then gluing was no problem....
Thank you for adding the suggestion of the toothpick for other makers. The part was too small to model a proper connection in it.
Everyone has different gluing methods, personally I use E6000 craft glue for my models. The glue gets nice and tacky fairly quickly but takes some time to fully set. It allows me to position my pieces properly (with my 'fat fingers, I make lot's of mistakes). The tackiness holds small pieces in place nicely, but you then need to position the object while it fully sets.
Thank you for posting your make.
