Printed with green Hatchbox PLA and red eSun PETG. The spring is still being shipped, so I can only drive it by hand. It runs, but stick in a few positions (better before assembling the base - then it would run for longer). When I have more time, I'm going to reprint some of the parts and try to get it running more smoothly and to improve the appearance.
I didn't use the versions of the parts with support, as they printed faster when I let Cura generate the support. Getting the angles on the anchor (which several people have commented is the hardest part) was quite easy: I just held up the piece in front of the image of it on the screen, and filed it until it looked about right. The most critical part in getting the core to run smoothly way making sure the balance wheel was pushed well down in the shaft, so that the bottom of the anchor doesn't rub against it. Also, instead of using brass rod for the weights on the balance wheel, I inserted some M3 machine screws from the inside.
