Only had a couple of issues,
The bolt and the switch don't quite line up, but that may be my printer :)
The rear bolt holder had to be filed to fit the slot,
I put the nut below the holder which obviously wobbled itself loose, looked at your pictures and noticed my mistake.
I'm going to reprint now I've got a few issues sorted, and test again.
All in all a really good design though, looks much better than any others. Have you thought about a thumbwheel or a piece to fit onto the bottom of the bolt?
Yes, a thumbwheel is a good idea, also for the locknut.
I also thought of making a 'foot' to go on the bottom of the adjuster screw, but there's a problem there, has to be exactly flat in relation to the screw or you will get an unwanted offset. Still might be time for a quick re-design, thanks for your input.
