Didn't know this termnal block hat was a thing, so when I saw this case I bought one right away. Now that I have it, I showed it to a couple of friends who are very likely going to get their own, so I will probably be printing more of these cases.
Love the design, the case looks great and exposes the terminal blocks perfectly. Only issue I had is the fit was quite tight coming out of my printer, so I had to lightly file the four holes, and then it fit in quite nicely. There's a square recess in the lid which looks like it's provision for the top of the header block, but it's not the full length of that, don't know if that's intentional. I might suggest opening up the four holes on the top of the model just a tiny bit, even 0.25mm all the way around would probably be enough. The first photo shows the proper fit after filing the four holes, and the second one shows the gap in the case due to the tight fit before filing.
No supports or raft needed. Printed with 2 shells and 5 layers top and bottom.
