Wonderful design! very easy to print (but took a long time, about 20 hours total). I printed this last minute for my costume, so the settings were set for speed, not quality. That said, it turned out AWESOME. I simply painted it with acrylic paint, clear coated it, and glued in a 2D printed screenshot of my own New Vegas playthrough for the screen. Inland peak green PLA (not at ALL my first choice, but all I had), printed on Anet A8, 120 mm/s, 0.24 mm resolution, 20% infill. Drilled and added in my own M3 and M4 screws for cosmetic effect, did the same to hold the two pieces together. ZERO sanding due to time constraints.
120 mm/s (E3D v6 bowden setup). ~12 hours for top, ~7 hours for bottom. Added foam pieces to inside for snug fit and comfort. If I had any criticisms of the design, it's the printed screws. I looked at a reference for painting, and most spots where screws existed, the model lacked. The few it DID have were just kinda weird. I'd rather have blank spots to drill and add actual screws than the weird looking heads that get printed. That's really it though!!
