Printed in PET at 230°C. Slightly too tight but doable with a little bit of scraping. Might also come from the shrinkage. ABS was slightly too small, too.
Most filaments will shrink during or after printing - each manufacturer's filament will behave slightly differently.
The design was meant to have cards "click" into position, to stop them falling out when opened.
this is why I suggest printing one tray first as a test fit and adjusting your print scaling from there.
Hey Dranoweb, exactly. My comment was only for other users to gain some insight. I did as you recommended. Another point I learned recently is that PET tends to be underextruded a little bit, because oft its' softness - so maybe I have to adjust that, too.
