Main Armor from this file
Helmet is from Big red frog's file.
RvB Donut colored Lightish Red .
10 rolls of ABS 1KG 1.75 mm spools 400 Micron Layer hight. Inner is fiberglass and resin
est build time was 600 hours or so.
Later on painted to Full on Master Chief .
Ive uploaded the file onto 3D builder to to seperate the peices but ive noticed something. The chest, arms and legs appear to be solid as in theres no way i can put my arms in or my legs. How did you get passed this?
you need to hollow the inside out you can do that with tinkerCad.com or have someone do it for you
The inner body suit, what is that?
Seriously? 10 kilos of ABS? The armor weighs 22 lbs?
yup! another fellow who made his suit from PLA right after mine used 12 rolls and
The Sangheli Elite I printed and the Noble Armor from Halo 5 were also in the same ballpark.
What was your up scale and how tall are you
I am 5F9. I dont remeber the scale . I just used meshmixer to align my feet and head to the top and bottom of the asset. . I got very lucky it all fit.
These days I use full body scans in a morphsuit as my armor base
Ok Thank you for the reply
where are the shoulder plates?
sholders were printed but I was unable to get them on by myself .
surely those are Master Chief shoes as well lol. sick print!
both sholders and boots were done.
I was unable to get the sholders on by myself.
Glue was setting for the shoes .

400 micro layers means 0.4?
Micron is a mesurement of thickness. 400 Microns is .4 mm
or about 10X that of a hair
The Armor very cool!
you have the parts ready for printing?
If so, you can upload them?
every persons body is diff. I strongly suggest you get the file from King rall's page and scale it your self...... there is also the print bed size issue...
what size of 3D printer did you use to produce this Armor set? and what make was it as i'm looking to get one
Flash forge Dreamer.
its a 9,6,6 bed .
