My make of the Adafruit Pocket Pigrrl
I printed this on my Flashforge Dreamer 3D Printer.
The case and A,B,X,Y buttons are all printed in PLA at 100 micron layer height. The Red PiTFT and D-Pad are printed in TPE flexible filament. The print is good enough so no visible layers can be seen and feels smooth to touch.
I found I had to add hot glue to keep the power switch in place and also I had to re-do the buttons on the perma-proto board because unless the buttons are squashed totally flat onto the board, the battery can not fit inside the case. I had the buttons clip in with the normal 1.2mm gap, this must then be pushed hard to make the pins bend and the button sit flat on the board. Once in place I secured the board in place again with hot glue.
All in all I'm pretty happy with this project and now enjoying a great home made item with cool emulators!!
