Ran out of green 3mm green ABS )-:
extruder temp: 237
bed temp: 80 then 60
infill density: 35%
survives gentle throw test. I have the best durability and quality results with green ABS for some reason. Blue and black delaminate really easy, falls apart...
Using the Intermec 4"x6" non-thermal shipping labels, I can get ABS or PLA to stick with zero bed heat. However, ABS is a stickler it seems, requiring bed heat to prevent object warping.
Maybe I just got lucky with this particular roll of green ABS, anything I have printed with this roll comes out very strong, very rigid, and survives torture testing as it if were injection molded ABS.
Nice, I usually can't get ABS to stick below 90C though... whatever works for you I guess. Also I'm not sure what you plan on using these for but if it's anything heavy (like a Mosin) I strongly recommend printing at 100% infill, or rotating sideways for additional strength if you don't want to use as much plastic (though that would still require support).
