Printed the left and right arms in ABS (high quality/slow). Still had some significant warping when the longer parts of the support end that clips to the 3D Micro frame lifted off the raft. However, both pieces functional as intended. Shown here with a Sharpie as the spindle in the process of printing the spool shaft from the original model.
I rotated both arms about Z (yaw) by -13 deg decrease the raft size a bit. The right arm I also rotated about Y (roll) 180 degrees so that it would not need supports (then again, supports might have prevented some minor delimitation during separation from the raft).
Were I to print this again, I'd likely use PLA instead, but this was something of an experiment for me.
