Tevo Tornado (2017 Green) extruder replacement

by jerrywood420

I've been having issues with my factory extruder since I purchased my tornado. I'm now looking to replace it with either an EZR Struder (SeeMeCNC) or a Bondtech BMG clone. I mostly print in PLA but am interested in possibly printing some flexible's. Any recommendations on which I should get and if its a clone which clone works well? TIA for the help.

Se reinicia en medio de la impresión...

by Simbionte1

Hola,
Gracias.

Fixing help clogged Filament

by johnmg

Hi,
I took my hotend apart on my Tornafo printer to try to fix a filament clog. The nozzle is definitely clogged. The picture shows the other part which I believe is also clogged. Does anyone know how to unclog this part. I use PETG filament so the normal acetone fix will not work.

Thanks,
John

Tevo Tornado Extruder HELP

by Puglife

So I was printing a lot of objects in the same print, and they popped off the build plate. When I saw this there was tissue like foam on the print bed, and upon further investigation the orange tape on the hotend ripped, and it is now dangling with some of the foam it was holding on my print bed. Would it be an issue if I just cut the dangling orange tape off and just deal with the nozzle not being as insulated?
